Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Assistant to support our New Home Sales team. This entry-level role is the first step toward becoming a Sales Consultant and is ideal for someone who loves working with people, has strong customer service instincts, and wants a long-term career in real estate and new-home sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in model homes
- Support sales agents with daily tasks and community operations
- Register and manage visitors in our CRM
- Maintain marketing materials and community presentation
- Nurture leads through structured follow-up
- Participate in events and team activities
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Travel between Albuquerque, Rio Rancho & Los Lunas (reliable transportation required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- BS/BA preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Compensation:
Hourly pay with potential for commission-based bonuses.
