What You’ll Do
- Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations
- Support staff development and training
- Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration
- Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- AZ RN license current CPR certification
- Associate’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2 years of clinical RN experience (Med Surg/floor experience a plus)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience
