Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing through utilization of ANSOS.
- Reviews ANSOS staffing assignments on an on-going basis, corrects and adjusts as appropriate. Coordinates the flow of information between Abrazo facilities.
- Ensures contracted staff and flex pool staff maintain all file requirements prior to first shift, during the assignment and/or employment as required by regulatory agencies.
- Monitors facilities for compliance of schedule execution
- Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the hospital
Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing for Abrazo Health Care facilities.
- Ensures and maintains staffing files for licensure, certifications, education, and competences for contracted staff and flex pool staff. Serves as the liaison with outside supplemental agencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum education is High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Preferred experience: Typing; advanced computer skills. Attention to detail and organized. Excellent customer service skills.
