What You'll Do

As a Day Program Supervisor, you will:

• Provide leadership and supervision of all direct support staff
• Complete understanding of 2380 Regulations
• Prepare monthly paperwork to include but not limited to medication logs, medication reviews, fire drills, and individual goals
• Assist Day Program Specialist with completion of required documentation such as Set Work notes.
• Completed required training and training hours
• Support individuals in goals/independence/behavior management
• Schedule recreational activitities
• Advocate for meaningful community inclusion and high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

QualificationsRequired:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Team Player
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and climb stairs as needed.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and travel frequently within assigned service areas.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
