Abrasive Technology is launching a groundbreaking line of dental instruments designed for zirconia implants — and we’re looking for a Dental Instrument Sales Representative to lead the charge.


Based at our Lewis Center, OH headquarters with ~60% travel, this is a new and visible role where you’ll:

  • Build the Ohio market, then expand nationally
  • Develop relationships with DSOs and dentists
  • Partner with our Brand Ambassador team on leads & samples
  • Earn a competitive base ($70K–$80K) uncapped commission (OTE $100K )

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Ohio territory, then expand regionally and nationally.
  • Hunt new opportunities with DSOs, dentists, and dental practices.
  • Partner with our internal Brand Ambassador team on samples and lead follow-up.
  • Travel (~60%) to visit customers, attend dental industry events, and develop new business.
  • Strengthen brand presence using marketing tools and industry insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (dental or medical device preferred).
  • hunter mindset — proven success in building new territories and accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (~60%).
  • Understanding of sales and marketing tools to expand brand reach.
