Abrasive Technology is launching a groundbreaking line of dental instruments designed for zirconia implants — and we’re looking for a Dental Instrument Sales Representative to lead the charge.
Based at our Lewis Center, OH headquarters with ~60% travel, this is a new and visible role where you’ll:
- Build the Ohio market, then expand nationally
- Develop relationships with DSOs and dentists
- Partner with our Brand Ambassador team on leads & samples
- Earn a competitive base ($70K–$80K) uncapped commission (OTE $100K )

What You’ll Do
- Build the Ohio territory, then expand regionally and nationally.
- Hunt new opportunities with DSOs, dentists, and dental practices.
- Partner with our internal Brand Ambassador team on samples and lead follow-up.
- Travel (~60%) to visit customers, attend dental industry events, and develop new business.
- Strengthen brand presence using marketing tools and industry insights.
