QC Inspector – Precision That Shapes Industries

As a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every component leaving our facility meets the highest standards — supporting industries where precision truly matters.
No two days are the same: one morning you might be inspecting aerospace components under a microscope, and by the afternoon you could be completing FAI reports or verifying shipments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections and verify parts meet blueprints, manufacturing plans, and customer specifications.
- Inspect clearance-control coated parts using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and electronic measurement tools.
- Review certifications, test results, and documentation for compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and customer requirements.
- Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and AS9102 documentation.
- Record results, document non-conformances, and maintain detailed inspection reports.
- Verify that all manufacturing steps are complete and properly signed off.
- Prepare shipping documents, package parts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and certifications.
- Comfort using inspection equipment, including microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and electronic measurement systems.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical work habits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.
- Previous training or mentoring experience.
Physical Requirements
You’ll be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using PPE when working around certain chemicals.
