Job Description
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Action Attorney to join our litigation team at our Burbank office. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a docket of active class action cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct written discovery and deposition discovery to build strong cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Perform thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Work closely with other members of the Class Action Department to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in employment law class action litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in employment law cases.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
