Executive Assistant to Executive Partner
Abrams Fensterman, LLP is a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm with over 115 attorneys dedicated to delivering quality counsel, innovative solutions, and personalized service.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedExecutive Assistant with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience to provide direct support to the Executive Partner/Director of the Health Law Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support, including managing an active calendar of appointments, coordinating complex scheduling, and prioritizing demands.
- Draft, edit, format, and proofread correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and legal/business documents with precision and professionalism.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences; prepare related materials and logistics.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic files, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all matters.
- Manage communications on behalf of the Executive Partner, including telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Assist with client intake, conflict checks, and opening new matters.
- Prepare and track expense reports and handle other administrative functions as required.
- Anticipate the needs of the Executive Partner and take initiative to ensure seamless daily operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a law firm, corporate, or healthcare-related professional services environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients at all levels.
Salary Range: $80k-$120k
