What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Clerk - SUBSTITUTE 7:30 AM - 3 PM (Monday - Friday) position at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School?

Position:
- Jr. Clerk Substitute (Start ASAP, work daily through Decemebr 2026 / may be extended as needed
Responsibilities:
- Ability to relate to students, parents, staff and community
- Self-motivated and flexible; must show demonstrated ability to set priorities and work with limited supervision
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and paying attention to detail
- Processing of student records, meeting Federal and State Special Education Laws
- Additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- New Bedford Resigneny Strongly Preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Computer literacy essential with various programs – ASPEN, Word and Excel, AESOP
Terms of Employment:
- Reports to: Principal, Department Head, and/or Designee
