What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Art Teacher position at ABRAHAM JOSHUA HESCHEL SCHOOL?
Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking a full-time Art teacher for our high school division for the 2026-27 school year.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach the range of our curriculum, including 10th-12th grade courses in ceramics, 3-D design and digital photography and a 9th grade 2-D foundations course in drawing, painting and mixed media. An MA in Arts Education is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with an MA in Art Education.

The full-time equivalent salary range is $65,000 - $95,000, depending on years of experience.
