Qualifications that are needed for this position:

Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility is preferred

Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.

Knowledge of DRP guidelines

Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.

Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to all customers.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.

Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.

ICAR training preferred
Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
