Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wildlife Sales Associate, based in Minneapolis, MN with some work-from-home flexibility. The Wildlife Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting site visits and assessments, recommending appropriate pest control solutions, and closing sales. Additionally, the associate will provide excellent customer service, relay detailed and professional information to clients, and assist with follow-up services as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Wildlife Management and Pest Control Techniques
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred
