We are seeking a skilled Commercial Floor Care Technician to join our facilities maintenance team. This position focuses on maintaining high-traffic flooring in office buildings, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and other large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine floor cleaning: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
- Conduct inspections to ensure floors meet safety and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of floor types (vinyl, tile, concrete, carpet) and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage large-scale cleaning projects.
- Physical capability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
