Production Line Associate – 2nd Shift
Pay: $20.25/hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overview
Join a fast-paced production team where you’ll help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role is key to keeping the line running and delivering a consistent, high-quality product.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keep the production line running smoothly and free of jams
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Assemble boxes and maintain steady workflow
- Report issues and assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Line Positions May Include
- Loading bottles onto the line
- Placing caps or spray nozzles
- Assembling boxes and inserting partitions
- Packing products and verifying labels/codes
- Sealing boxes for shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Stand for 8–10 hour shifts
- Lift up to 35 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and hand use
Work Environment
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals
- PPE required as needed
