Pouch Operator – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 2PM-12AM

About the Role
As a Pouch Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating specialized packaging equipment to produce high-quality custom pouches and bags. You’ll set up machines, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure each product meets strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor pouch/packaging machines to meet production goals.
Troubleshoot and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
Inspect and measure finished products to maintain quality standards.
Complete basic maintenance tasks and change consumables.
Document production data accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Communicate with teammates and supervisors in a respectful, solution-focused way.
Contribute to process improvements and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good math and measurement ability.
Reliable, positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
