What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofer/Sheet Metal/Laborer position at ABR Construction Inc.?
Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare roofs for the application of new roofing materials.
- Clean work areas, clean roofs, locate damaged areas in roofs, unroll roofing and remove old roofing materials.
- Ensure that completed roofs are watertight.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Unload work trucks.
- Clear drains and downspouts, clean gutters, perform emergency leak repairs.
- All done while keeping SAFETY as the utmost priority.
- Roofers (commercial/residential), sheet metal workers, carpenters are preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Not scared of working at heights, from a scaffold, and or aerial lifts.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds in a safe manner without causing injury to self or others.
- Be familiar with the use of power tools.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of Low Slope Roofing Systems and application is a plus. OSHA/KOSH certifications, or any other type of safety training is also a plus.

Experience:
- Construction Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Kentucky Driver's License (Preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour in Construction (Preferred)
