Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager based in Massillon, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the aftermarket segment. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, creating sales strategies, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Technical knowledge in industrial induction heating and melting equipment
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the metal casting and forging industries is a plus
