Job Overview
Under the direction of the Aftermarket Sales/Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative provides the best customer service to the organization’s customers by resolving customer inquiries and problems, taking and tracking orders and coordination of delivery of parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
2. Prepare proposals for Aftermarket product and services.
3. Take orders from customers and enter orders into the system.
4. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own Company’s production and delivery schedules.
5. Builds and maintains customers relationships
6. Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and technicians.
7. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
8. Assist in determining warranty status.
9. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and one to three years related experience or a combination of education and experience. Average computer experience in Microsoft products, as well as data entry skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as open order, parts inventory, and service manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
