Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson position located in Dallas, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships, maintaining and enhancing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role includes educating clients on construction, roofing, and solar services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will represent ABP Construction in a professional and knowledgeable manner in order to promote trust and credibility with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management
- Knowledge or experience in roofing, construction, or solar industries is highly desirable
- Ability to prepare proposals and present solutions to meet client needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with industry trends and willingness to undergo continuous learning
Salary : $150,000 - $400,000
