Route Sales Representative – Phoenix, AZ

Above the Treads is a fast-growing supplier of wheel and tire shop essentials, proudly serving the Phoenix, Arizona region. We are known for fast, friendly service and dependable delivery of high-quality products to tire shops, dealerships, and automotive repair facilities.
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Executive to join our team. If you enjoy being on the road, building relationships, and helping businesses stay stocked and running efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive an established route servicing existing customers including tire shops, dealerships, and automotive repair shops
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, top-tier service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities along your route to help grow the territory
- Load, deliver, and restock inventory including:
- Wheel weights
- TPMS sensors
- Valve stems
- Tire patches and plugs
- Gloves and shop supplies
- Additional tire and wheel service products
- Educate customers on new products and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Manage van inventory and maintain an organized vehicle
- Complete basic paperwork and track orders, payments, and customer notes using a tablet or mobile device
- Represent the Above the Treads brand with professionalism, energy, and a strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to approximately 50 lbs
- Prior outside sales, account management, route sales, or automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining customer relationships
- Familiarity with automotive, tire shop, or dealership environments is a major plus
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per year
- Commission opportunities with On-Target Earnings of $50,000 – $55,000
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
