We have immediate openings for Packer Specialists for warehouses in Boulder County. About the Role
Half of the role is dedicated to order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping with speed and accuracy. The remaining time is spent on the production floor supporting co-packing operations, completing repetitive but essential tasks with consistency and precision while contributing to overall team efficiency and reliability.
This position is well-suited for individuals who prefer active, hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and precision
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Support production with co-packing tasks (labeling, sealing, counting, packaging)
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and hit daily quotas
- Jump between fulfillment and production as needed
- Be open to occasional overtime/weekends
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in fulfillment or similar work (production environments preferred)
- Fast, detail-oriented, and competitive—you like beating quotas
- Strong work ethic and consistency in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
