Delivery Driver - Non CDL

Looking to kick off your career in the transportation industry? This is a Full-Time Delivery Driver position with Above The Rest Logistics, LLC (the “Company”) delivering Amazon packages to customers!

• Military veterans are welcome!
• Amazon, Amazon Flex, UPS, Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) delivery driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Delivery Driver Benefits & Scheduling:

• 27.50/hour (paid biweekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek 40 is typical
• One weekend day is required.
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Delivery Driver Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse WOL1.
• Successfully transport and deliver Amazon packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Amazon branded and non-branded vehicles.
• Follow all local & state laws, transportation guidelines, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to Amazon customers despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure Amazon deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, accessing the Amazon Flex app to scan and deliver packages, conduct administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Work Location: Start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse WOL1 (101 Gilder Way, Gypsum, CO 81637, USA)

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
