What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Contractor Laborer position at Above The Line Renovations, LLC.?
We're looking for a reliable and skilled General Contractors/Laborers to join our team for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general home repairs and renovations including but not limited to framing, drywall, windows/doors, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be licensed and insured
- Must own basic tools (larger equipment and specialty tools will be provided)
- Strong knowledge of general construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Perform whole house remodels, repairs/renovations, and general construction tasks as needed
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with the team and project manager
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
