We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people and excels in a changing, fast-paced environment. A successful Production Coordinator would be someone who is meticulous, enjoys planning and organizing, and does well under pressure. You would play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding customer service and would be responsible for the daily/weekly scheduling of projects. This a full-time, entry level position and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Coordinate full-roof jobs with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review in coming folders for completeness and accuracy
- Review final project details to ensure change orders are reflected and billed properly
- Verify the accuracy of invoices from suppliers
- Onboard new full roof projects to verify accuracy and set expectations with customers
- Track inventory of in-house materials
- Submit proper building permits for full roofs as needed
- Effectively oversee updates and changes for full-roof projects in our CRM
- Keep clients up to date with backlog timing
- Able to multitask and prioritize schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner
- Detail-oriented
- Effective time management
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and remains flexible
- Assist Production Manager with miscellaneous admin duties
