What You’ll Do
Help consumers find ACA health coverage that fits their needs
Educate customers on available plan options
Identify additional insurance solutions when appropriate
Build trust through a professional consultative sales approach
Meet and exceed personal sales goals
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Who We’re Looking For
Active Florida Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one before your start date
Sales experience preferred (ACA or health insurance experience is a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
Positive attitude with a desire to learn
Reliable attendance and ability to work in our Pompano Beach office
