We are seeking a full-cycle, commission-only Sales and Business Development Executive to generate new business, nurture prospects, and close deals. This role is for a hunter—not an order taker. You will be responsible for creating and converting your own pipeline of business owner clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify ideal construction and construction adjacent business owners and executives who fit our program.
- Generate and manage your own leads via outreach, networking, LinkedIn, industry associations, and referrals.
- Nurture relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Close deals and hand over clients for program delivery.
- Track pipeline activity and sales results.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in B2B hunting and full-cycle sales, ideally in coaching, consulting, SaaS, or business services.
- Comfortable selling to CEOs and founders in construction or adjacent industries.
- Mature, independent, and self-driven—you build your own book of business.
- Strong objection handling and consultative sales skills.
- Motivated by commission-only, high-earning opportunities.
Compensation – Commission-Only with High Upside
- 10% baseline commission on cash collected
- 12% commission once you close 3 deals per month.
- $2,500 bonus once you hit 5 deals per month.
- Uncapped earnings – your pipeline, your results
Salary : $96,000 - $102,000
