Above & Beyond Senior Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-home therapy team serving seniors in the Rochester area. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to provide 1:1 care, build real relationships with clients, and work in a setting without unrealistic productivity expectations or excessive paperwork.
We are a direct-pay provider of physical and occupational therapy, and our therapists are supported by an experienced, collaborative team that values clinical judgment, flexibility, and high-quality care.

Territory
This role primarily serves the Rochester Metro and surrounding communities, within a 30 minute radius.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate and treat senior clients in their homes
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on safety, mobility, strength, and independence
- Clear & efficient documentation at evaluation and quarterly
- Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
- Manage your day independently while collaborating with a supportive therapy team
What we’re looking for
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapy license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying PT degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in the community
- Basic computer/documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive within the assigned territory
Preferred
- Experience in geriatrics, home care, home health, or community-based care
- Experience working independently and managing a mobile schedule
