About the Role

We are seeking a strong, people-first, Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop high-performing Sales Reps (our field sales team). 

In this role, you will drive consistent execution and performance through clear communication, hands-on coaching, and data-driven improvement plans. You will partner closely with operational leadership, ensure adoption of our established sales program, and bring fresh ideas that enhance or streamline sales operations. You will also work cross-functionally with Installation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Finance to support a smooth customer experience, including helping resolve escalated issues or cancellations when needed.

Job Type: In-Person

Compensation: $75k base, plus a tier one bonus for achieving budgeted top line revenue & a tier 2 bonus tied to stretch goals. Total compensation target $200k.

What You’ll Do 

• Achieve regional sales forecasts, revenue targets, and financial goals
• Improve conversion rates, pricing discipline, and overall sales performance
• Drive consistent execution of Above & Beyond Pools in-home sales process
• Conduct weekly field ride-alongs to observe, coach, and develop Sales reps
• Lead weekly team meetings focused on skill development and performance improvement
• Directly supervise Sales Reps to maximize results
• Track progress, reinforce expectations, and deliver timely coaching and feedback
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Build and lead a high-performing Sales rep team in the market by partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard top talent.
• Be a Sales Manager. You are expected to run our Remodeling, New Pools & Landscaping sales team. Ensure processes are put in place so we close at industry leading closure rates.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record of results
• Sales leadership experience (in-home/consumer sales experience preferred)
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to lead hiring, coaching, and performance management for a sales team
• Strong understanding of sales execution and process improvement
• Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
• Sound business judgment with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to bring fresh ideas, innovate, and drive continuous improvement
• Proven ability to influence, develop, and lead teams across multiple markets
• Track record of developing high-performing managers and teams
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
