Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $24 – $28/hour (depending on experience and relevant education)

About Our Family
We are a kind, loving, and hardworking family of four (plus one very friendly 10-year-old Black Lab/Border Collie mix, Vader!). Mom works full-time from home with occasional quarterly travel, and Dad works from home when not traveling for work a couple of times a month.
For the past year and a half, we have been blessed with an absolutely wonderful nanny who has truly become a part of our family—so much so that she joins us for family dinners and birthday celebrations! We look out for our caregivers just as much as they look out for us.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood in North Oaks with access to wonderful local parks.
What You'll Do
- Childcare & Engagement: Provide loving, attentive care for our two little ones (ages 2.5 and 1). Keep them engaged with fun, independent activities (our toddler loves coloring!).
- Outdoor Time: Take the kids outside for fresh air (weather permitting)—they really enjoy it!
- Meals & Snacking: Prepare and feed breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children.
- Light Housekeeping: Handle children's laundry, tidy up toys, light vacuuming, and general daily tidying.
- Future Transportation: When our older child starts preschool in the fall of 2027, handle pick-ups and drop-offs using the family vehicle.
- Pet Care: Ensure Vader has fresh water throughout the day.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Professional nanny background with solid newborn and infant care experience.
- Style: Structured yet flexible. We appreciate a caregiver who keeps a reliable daily routine while remaining adaptable to a toddler's changing moods or an infant's needs.
- Initiative: Someone creative and proactive who can independently plan and execute fun daily enrichment activities without needing step-by-step instructions.
- WFH-Friendly: Comfortable working in a home where both parents occasionally or regularly work remotely.
