The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of Above and Beyond ABA Therapy by planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives across the organization. This position manages a variety of marketing-related projects including events, conferences, promotional materials, and internal/external brand communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both creative and operational aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Project Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including holiday parties, staff celebrations, community events, and conferences.
- Manage logistics such as vendors, venues, supplies, scheduling, and budgets.
- Support planning and on-site coordination for industry conferences and job fairs.
Marketing Operations
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and distribution of company swag, promotional items, and printed materials.
- Coordinate development and updates for brochures, flyers, signage, and branded collateral.
- Manage project timelines to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Digital & Social Media Support
- Assist with social media posting, content scheduling, and engagement across company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok as applicable).
- Coordinate website updates and communicate needed changes with internal teams or third-party vendors.
- Support the creation of digital assets such as basic graphics, event announcements, or internal communications.
Brand & Communication Support
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and company communications.
- Assist with collecting photos, success stories, and content from clinics to support social and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams on internal communication materials, such as newsletters or announcements.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related field (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Canva, basic social media platforms, and light website content management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
