Pay Range: USD $20-21 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to learn new software and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and reliability.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Answer customers' requests
- Schedule special pickups
- Monitor customer pricing
- Set up New accounts in routing software with assistance from the Transportation Department
- Provides courteous and efficient customer service
- Answers basic customer inquiries
- Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
