Job Responsibilities:
- Perform tree assessments, evaluations, and health inspections.
- Use bucket truck/ tree climbing to complete pruning and removal of trees and stump grinding.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management.
- Plant trees.
- Maintain equipment as needed (greasing, checking oil, sharpening chains)
Qualifications:
- Certified Arborist (ISA or equivalent certification) preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and care techniques.
- Experience with tree climbing and aerial lift operations.
- Strong ability to assess tree health and diagnose issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. CDL class B with air brakes is a plus!
- Pay depends on experience and qualifications.
