AABMR Contract Cleaner (Premium Overflow | No Laundry) — Up to $2,000/mo
Above and Beyond Mountain Rentals (AABMR) is hiring a reliable, detail-obsessed contract cleaner to support our short-term rental portfolio in the NC High Country (Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Sugar Mountain, Vilas, West Jefferson). This is a premium overflow position with consistent work, clear standards, and zero laundry responsibility (AABMR handles linens).
What this role is
You’ll primarily handle professional turnovers for 2–3 bedroom STR homes/condos, with occasional larger homes as needed. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner or small team that wants fair pay, clear expectations, and consistent assignments.
Adders (only when applicable):
- Bathrooms over 2: $10 each
- Half Bath over 2: $5 each
- Heavy clean (photo-backed): $45
- Disaster clean (photo-backed): $95
Scheduling & readiness
- Turnovers are typically between check-out and check-in
- We’ll provide schedules in advance whenever possible
- Same-day turns happen in peak season (weekends/holidays)
- You must be able to meet a consistent “ready by” deadline when assigned (we’ll confirm specifics during onboarding)
What “standard turnover” includes
- Full kitchen reset (surfaces, sink, appliances exterior, microwave, trash)
- Bathrooms sanitized and staged
- Floors vacuumed/mopped as appropriate
- Bedrooms reset/made
- Living areas dusted/wiped, trash removed, staging reset
- Quick amenity reset (as applicable)
