Job Responsibilities
- Perform roofing and general construction tasks with attention to quality and detail.
- Follow all company safety policies and job-site safety procedures.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and office staff.
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.

Qualifications
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we welcome applicants with different experience levels.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Dependable, honest, organized, and motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
