- Deliver clinical supervision to social work and counseling interns and staff, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of interns and staff.
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support clinical practice and professional development.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of interns and staff, offering feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of supervision sessions and clinical activities.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in substance use treatment and clinical supervision.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois required.
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supervision, preferably in a substance use treatment setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to the principles of harm reduction and evidence-based practice.
