Daily responsibilities include conducting developmental assessments, implementing intervention plans, collaborating with families and caregivers, and working directly with children to enhance their developmental milestones and skills. The role requires frequent communication with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a tailored and supportive approach.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Early Intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Psychology and Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with families and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications or training in early intervention programs or ABA (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
