Role Description The Social Media Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to promote Above and Beyond’s landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with leadership and operations teams to highlight projects, seasonal services, promotions, and company culture, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging. Additional responsibilities include responding to comments and messages, supporting online reputation management, and staying informed about social media trends relevant to the home services and landscaping industry.
