Restoration Technician

At Above and Beyond Cleaning & Restoration, we’re not just cleaning properties, we’re restoring them. From rooftops to foundations, we help homeowners and businesses bring their spaces back to life.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Restoration Technician to assist with a wide range of exterior cleaning and restoration services.

What You’ll Do:

• Window cleaning (residential & commercial)
• Gutter cleaning and guard installation
• House washing, roof cleaning, soft washing, and pressure washing
• Solar panel and outdoor fixture cleaning
• General exterior property restoration and upkeep
• Assist with specialty cleaning projects as needed

This is a hands-on, physical role where attention to detail and pride in your work truly matter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in restoration, exterior cleaning, or construction is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning methods related to water, mold, or property restoration is a plus
• Ability to safely operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments
• Detail-oriented with a strong respect for safety standards and proper procedures
• Dependable, with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Clear communication skills when working with team members and clients
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
