Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Tampa, Wesley Chapel, & Riverview/Brandon

Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA company serving families in the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about ethical ABA services and enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. We are currently expanding due to increased client demand and have immediate clients available in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Riverview/Brandon. Unlike large corporate ABA providers, we focus on manageable caseloads, clinician support, and high-quality care for the families we serve.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $51 /hour based on experience with the potential of over 100k per year depending on hours worked.

Work Environment
Services are provided in a variety of settings including:
- Schools
- Client homes
- Community settings
Some telehealth supervision opportunities may be available depending on client needs.
Caseload & Clinical Support
- Typical BCBA caseload: 2–10 clients on average depending on service intensity and BCBA choice
- RBT support on cases to assist with program implementation
- Administrative support from Owner & Regional Director with scheduling and client intake
- Collaborative BCBA leadership team available for consultation
- BCBA owner and BCBA Regional Director are available for ongoing clinical support and collaboration
Unlike many ABA organizations, we do not require a fixed billable hour quota. BCBAs have the flexibility to shape their schedule and caseload based on their preferred workload and availability, allowing them to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing high-quality care. Our model prioritizes ethical treatment recommendations and clinical quality over insurance-driven hour requirements.
