Position Overview
This role operates at the intersection of product development, R&D, and manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for executing prototype builds and small-batch production while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and documentation.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring experience with production equipment, manufacturing processes, and structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute prototype production and small-batch manufacturing with a high level of accuracy and
repeatability
- Operate and troubleshoot liquid filling and aerosol filling equipment
- Translate product development and formulation concepts into consistent, production-ready samples
- Maintain control of component inventory, materials, and production inputs
- Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation systems
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), specifications,
and compliance records
- Coordinate with engineering, formulation, and manufacturing teams to support development timelines
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes, efficiency, and workflow
- Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and regulatory expectations
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process operations
- Experience operating production equipment, filling systems, or assembly processes
- Familiarity with SOP-driven environments, documentation, and quality control practices
- Background/Familiarity with Cosmetic Chemistry, Contract Manufacturing, or related fields
field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across repeated runs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with minimal supervision
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, food, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $24 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
