Supportive Care Worker (Gardner KS)

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who is passionate about improving the quality of life for others. In this role, you will provide essential daily support to individuals who need assistance with personal care and routine activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for those in their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide support with toileting and incontinence care
• Help with feeding and meal assistance ensuring clients receive proper nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, washing dishes, and basic laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote a positive and engaging environment
• Monitor clients’ comfort and wellbeing and report any changes or concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not always required
