We are seeking a motivated, licensed Aesthetician who is confident in advanced treatments, passionate about skincare, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Treatments
- Perform professional consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Provide advanced skincare services including:
- Facials and corrective treatments
- Chemical peels
- Laser treatments (hair removal and skin rejuvenation)
- RF microneedling
- Dermaplaning
- Waxing services
- Educate patients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in Boulevard EMR software
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and optimal results
Clinical & Operational Standards
- Maintain treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
- Clean and prepare rooms before and after each client
- Ensure equipment is maintained per manufacturer guidelines
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Business Growth
- Actively promote MedSpa services and customized treatment plans
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through service excellence and patient retention
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Aesthetician license (required)
- Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic environment preferred
- Experience with chemical peels, laser treatments, and RF microneedling preferred
- Experience using Boulevard EMR software or similar practice management systems preferred
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
