Requirements and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have a High School diploma or GED. Current CPR Certification is a must, along with basic computer skills.
You'll need to be independent, able to think on your feet, and communicate clearly and efficiently. Excellent oral communication skills are essential when interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
You should also be able to stay composed and professional in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality are crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
