Position Summary
We are looking for a bilingual caregiver fluent in English and Spanish to join our compassionate care team. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys helping others, and can build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families. The bilingual caregiver will provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Mobility support and safe transfers
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
Medication reminders (no medication administration)
Support clients with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed
Observe and report any changes in client condition or needs
Maintain accurate daily care notes and communicate effectively with the care team
Communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish with clients, families, and staff
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous caregiving, home care, or related experience preferred (paid or volunteer)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment
