- Perform grooming services on a variety of pets, including bathing, brushing, and hair drying
- Provide nail trims and ear cleaning for pets
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide excellent customer service
- Handle difficult or anxious pets with care and compassion
- Assist with other tasks as needed in the facility such as cleaning kennels, walking dogs, checking out clients

Skills:
- minimum of One year of professional animal care preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners
- Knowledge of animal care and handling techniques
- Ability to restrain animals safely during grooming procedures
- Basic dog training knowledge for handling and behavior management
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
- Previous experience as a veterinary assistant or in a kennel environment is a plus

- Knowledge of basic animal care techniques and practices
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with pet owners
- Physical stamina for performing tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
