As we continue to grow our community of reservation holders and future owners, we’re looking for a Content & Brand Storytelling Manager to help shape how the world experiences the Aboard brand.

Role Overview
As Content & Brand Storytelling Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Aboard’s content strategy across social media, customer communications, website content, video storytelling, and brand campaigns.
You will transform product development, customer stories, company milestones, events, and outdoor experiences into compelling content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.
This role combines strategic storytelling, content planning, creative direction, and social media management.
You will work closely with the Founder, Product Team, Community Team, and external creative partners to help grow Aboard’s audience and community.
What You’ll Do
Brand Storytelling
- Develop and evolve Aboard’s content narrative and brand voice
- Translate product innovation, design decisions, and engineering progress into engaging stories
- Create content that communicates the vision behind Auto Living
- Help establish Aboard as a leading voice in the future of mobility and outdoor living
Content Strategy & Planning
- Own and manage Aboard’s content calendar
- Define content pillars across product, lifestyle, community, design, and innovation
- Plan content campaigns aligned with company objectives and reservation growth goals
- Maintain consistency across all customer-facing channels
Social Media Management
- Manage Aboard’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Create and publish engaging content
- Monitor performance and optimize content strategy based on audience insights
- Grow engagement, reach, and community participation
Product & Company Storytelling
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate development progress
- Create content around testing, validation, design, manufacturing, and customer insights
- Build transparency and trust through regular company updates
Customer & Community Stories
- Develop content featuring reservation holders, customers, and community members
- Capture real-world use cases, aspirations, and outdoor lifestyles
- Highlight customer feedback and stories that reinforce the Aboard mission
Founder & Thought Leadership
- Support founder-led storytelling across LinkedIn and other channels
- Develop content that shares perspectives on mobility, energy, design, entrepreneurship, and outdoor living
- Help position Aboard leadership as trusted voices in the industry
Creative Production
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, creators, and agencies
- Develop creative briefs, shot lists, and content plans
- Manage content production from concept through publication
- Maintain and organize content assets
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, social media, or editorial roles
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of modern content platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
- Strong visual taste and understanding of premium consumer brands
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in automotive, outdoor, travel, mobility, consumer hardware, architecture, or lifestyle brands
- Experience working with photographers, videographers, creators, and production teams
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
- Personal passion for outdoor recreation, camping, travel, design, or adventure lifestyles
Success Metrics
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Build a recognizable and consistent content voice for Aboard
- Grow audience engagement across social platforms
- Increase qualified traffic and reservation interest through content
- Establish scalable content production processes
- Create compelling customer and community storytelling programs
- Support the growth of Aboard’s reservation holder community
- Strengthen brand awareness and trust among future owners
