What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Operations & Digital Innovation Manager position at ABO HOLDINGS INC?
ABO Plasma is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GC Biopharma — one of South Korea's top-tier biopharmaceutical companies, with over half a century of expertise in plasma-derived therapies and vaccines and a recently launched U.S. presence. ABO Plasma operates a growing network of FDA-approved plasma collection centers and is currently in an active post-merger integration (PMI) phase — making this an ideal moment to join and help shape the technology and operational foundation of the U.S. business from the ground up. We are seeking a high-impact Manager of IT Operations & Digital Innovation to serve as the technology and data backbone of our enterprise.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with broad organizational influence — working side-by-side with the COO as a thought partner to shape and build the company's technology and digital agenda together, spanning center-level IT management, BI/reporting infrastructure, AI-driven process improvement, and mobile application development. The right candidate is a hands-on technologist who is energized by co-creating solutions with executive leadership and moves fast in a regulated healthcare environment without losing the rigor that compliance requires.
• High-visibility IC role with direct access to the COO and executive leadership
◦ Your work shapes the digital infrastructure of the entire network — not a backlog ticket
• Strategic ownership across IT operations, analytics, AI innovation, and mobile products
◦ Rare opportunity to own a broad technology mandate from day one
• Competitive compensation package
◦ Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Comprehensive benefits
◦ Medical, dental, vision | 401(k) with company match | PTO
• Mission-driven environment
◦ We collect plasma that saves lives — technology is central to that mission
