We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH or Houston, TX.
About the Role
This role is at the heart of our commercial operations.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will support our Field Sales team and customers by preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering a high level of service and responsiveness that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability and lead times
- Support Field Relation Managers with customer follow-ups and administrative tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, delivery timelines, and general requests
- Track orders and proactively communicate updates or issues
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with systems and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Exposure to technical or engineered products
- Experience supporting field sales teams
