Your Role and Impact

·       As our Transportation Engineering Department Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of groundbreaking civil and environmental projects. This includes:

·       Project Leadership Manage and ensure the success of projects from inception to completion, meeting client expectations and delivering within budget and schedule.

·       Team Management Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

·       Client Relations Develop lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and pursuing follow-on work.

·       Strategic Contributions Play a pivotal role in contract management, resource allocation, and profitability of the department.

Your Experience and Skills

Professional Engineering License Required in Missouri, with licensure in Illinois and other states considered a plus.

Proven Experience At least 12 years in managing complex projects and 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Proficiency Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, and essential surveying technologies.
