ABMC Janitorial Inc. is seeking 2 Experienced part time Working Janitorial Supervisors that can work in South Jersey and Philadelphia areas rotating schedules of days, nights and weekends. Schedules will may change daily. This is a working supervisor jobs that you will be overseeing and managing all our employees as well cleaning, training new hires, re-training current employees and making sure that staff are doing their jobs correctly and that everything is completed each day, nights and weekends before you leave the building. You will be trained by our our current Operations Manager who will train you and teach you everything about our company and you will have to report to him daily.
- Must have 5 plus years of JANITORIAL/CLEANING experienced as well as 5 years of Working Supervisor Experience.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule days, nights, rotating weekends.
- You are required to produce a resume with all the experience we are asking for so, please make sure your resume has all your experience if you do not want to be rejected.
- Knowledge of floor care is a plus, or willing to learn.
- Must speak good English and read and write English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation and a drivers license and willing to drive to Atlantic City, Egg Harbor twp, Glassboro, Thorofare, Burlington, Medford, Willingboro, Beverly, Cherry Hill, Pennsauken, Moorestown, Cinnaminson, Berlin, Browns Mills and Philadelphia., to check accounts, deliver supplies and meet with employees.
- Since we maintain some banks you must pass a thorough background check in order to hire you to work in PA and NJ.
- Must be able to and willing to, clean, vacuum, s/m floors, dust, bend, squat, lift large amounts of trash, scrubbing clean bathrooms, and be able to get under sinks refilling soap products and under and behind toilets cleaning, bend and squat.
- This is an hourly part time position 25-30 hours per week.
- Must be polite, courteous, reliable, friendly, and know how to speak to people.
- You will be given a truck after your 90 day probation period to travel to all sites and deliver supplies as needed.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
